NuPush – We are Just getting started
At NuPush we believe anyone can make BIG things happen. That’s what we are trying to do with this site. Our mission is to help people enhance their lives, by elevating their overall performance. We aim to do this by providing information and building a community around the ideas of how to improve both physically and mentally. We’ll share articles on how to get in shape or stay in shape with the proper nutrition, supplementation and training. Beyond improving the physical health we’ll share content on how to up your mental game. These articles will set up a framework and game plan to make informed decisions on workouts, diets, supplements and products.
But that’s not all we’ll also have motivational articles to get you going and hold challenges to test new products and supplements. Once in a while we’ll provide interviews with trainers, athletes and experts in the field. All of this will give you that extra push to reach for the stars and feel great. We like to call it the NuPush!
My name is Brad; I’m a graphic designer and a workout enthusiast. For the past two years I have been on a mission to get back into shape and feel great both mentally and physically. I have been researching, reading and learning how to optimize my performance and this is what I’m going to share with you on the site.
The previous ten years are somewhat of a blur now but the fact was I found myself 50 lbs. overweight and feeling like complete garbage. I would look at myself in the mirror and feel embarrassed about the shape I had fallen into. My clothes got tight and I starting loosing confidence in myself. During this time I was working day and night on my computer on side projects and trying to get a business going. My physical shape totally depreciated and I wasn’t as sharp mentally. Time after time I would wake up and tell myself I needed to do something about it. I would take action by jumping on a fad diet or do a cleanse for a few weeks. But nothing would stick and a few months later I would find myself in worse condition then when I started. But over that past few years I started breaking old habits and developing new routines to back into shape and stay there.
Once the motivational ball started rolling I wanted learn and achieve more. I wanted to take myself to new limits by pushing my working outs, using fitness trackers, trying different apps and testing out supplements to get that extra edge. I started this blog to be a place where I could share everything I was researching and learning. I hope it will become a place where I can give back to the community and help others achieve their goals. Beyond myself I’m working with a team of writes and programmers to develop fresh content and improve the features and functionality on the site. I work together with the writes to come up with interesting topics, articles and fresh content ideas. We are going to try and keep up with the latest trends in dieting, nutrition, mental improvement, focus and fitness. Things move quickly so there will always be something new to learn. I the near future we’ll introduce the long term writers and bring on trainers that will provide step by step guides and video content for additional learning.
