How Can This Product Help You Gain Muscle?

Adding a creatine supplement to your workout routine can be a huge advantage. Creatine will help with muscle growth and recovery time. Creaine helps in the production of adenosine triphosphate or ATP, which is the main source of energy in human cells. I took a look MuscleTech’s Cell-Tech Creatine and this is what I found out.

MuscleTech has been around science 1995 producing premium workout supplements. They have been around for a while and put a lot of time into researching and developing a supplement before releasing it. Cell-Tech is one of their flagship products so the company put a lot of marketing behind it. Because of this there is a lot of information out there about the product.

Cell-Tech is different from others on the market because of its formula. MuscleTech recently been updated the formula. Besides 7 grams of creatine monohydrate and 3 grams of creatine HCI it includes Amino Acids, BCAAs and alpha lipoic acid. It also includes some carbohydrates, sugar and vitamins. We’ll take a closer look at the formula later in the post. Read this review to learn more about MuscleTech’s Cell-Tech Creatine.

Benefits and Drawbacks of using Muscle Tech Cell-tech Creatine

Cell-tech is a premium creatine formula designed for maximum gains. But like any supplement it has its own advantages and disadvantages.

Lets first take a look that the advantages of the supplement. As stated its advanced formula has additional bonus ingredients compared to others. It includes both creatine monohydrate, which helps with size and recovery and creatine HCI for better muscle performance and lean muscle. It also contains amino acids, which are essential in the nourishment of muscular cells. Additional bonuses include BCAAs and alpha lipoic acid.

Cell-Tech Creatine is a powder form that comes in a variety of flavors. You can use it as a refreshing drink without adding it to protein. It mixes well but if you want to take it on the go it will not be as easy to consume as pill. We’ll discuss this more below.

The disadvantages of this supplement are, first it is loaded with carbs and sugar. It has 30 grams sugar and 38 grams of carbohydrates per serving. While this helps promote a spike in insulin it’s also the reason many people experience intestinal pains and bloating when taking the supplement.

The price of Cell-Tech isn’t very attractive; it’s on the expensive side of the market. This could be the reason why it’s promoted, as a premium product. While it does contain many bonus ingredients if you’re on a budget this might not be the best buy.

The Cell-Tech Creatine Formula

Cell-Tech is an advanced formula with a combination of individual ingredients and blends. It has been designed this way to spike your insulin which helps shuttle the creatine to the muscles. The best time to drink this type of creatine is post workout allowing you to take advantage of your 35-minute anabolic window when your protein synthesis is higher and your body can absorb the highest amount of the contents in the supplement.

Let’s take a look at the various components of this product and why each of them is useful in muscle gain. And although

Muscle Tech Celltech Creatine Powder vs a Pill Format

Deciding which form of creatine you’d want to take is really a matter or preference. Muscle Tech’s Celltech is only available in powder so you’ll need to add it to water to consume it.

The benefit of a powder form is that it absorbs into your system faster. Because of this you’ll feel it’s effects faster. Pills, on the other hand take longer to absorb. The gelatin coating will need to dissolve before it can be absorbed into the body.

Results from taking Cell-Tech Creatine

The label recommends for best results, for the first 7 days take 2 scoops with 12 oz. of water in the morning when you wake up and 2 scoops with 12 oz. of water immediately after your workout. After the first 7 days take 2 scoops with 12 oz. of water after a workout.

This product will definitely help with muscle gain. After taking it for a while and consistently working out you’ll notice improvements it both strength and physique. It will also help with recovery time. Some have stated that it cut recovery time in half and allowed them to lift more in less time.

But, with all of these improvements there are also side effects noticed when taking the product. Many people experienced intestinal pain and bloating after taking it. This is because it is loaded with carbohydrates and sugar.

Conclusion

After all of my research I am on the fence about this product. Although it has a lot of benefits, there are also some drawbacks to consider. The creatine content is amazing and there are a lot of bonus ingredients to justify the price.

However, if you’re the kind of person who has difficulties with high amounts of sugar, then you may want to look at different products. The sugar content is present to give you an insulin spike to push the creatine into your muscles. This will give you more bulk but it can also put a number on your stomach.

Overall, this is a pretty good product but you may want to weigh the pros and cons before dropping around 30 bucks for about 15 (2 scoop) servings.
